First, focus on the function of the laser cut screens.

Some customers want to use these laser-cut panels for room dividers; some want to use them for villa fences; some for ceilings. We should have clear usage for these panels and then determine the spec. For example, the laser cut panel should be hard for the fence, so we can choose a steel or galvanized plate with 2.5mm/3mm or aluminum alloy 3003/5052 with 3.5mm/4mm.

The max width we often do is 1500mm, the length can be 3000mm or 4000mm. But please note if the size you chose is large, the panels should be thicker.

Third, focus on the finish of laser cut screens.

If you want to install these panels indoors, powder coating is enough to protect the panel surface; if you want to install these panels outdoors, PVDF painting is a better choice.
