How to install the aluminum expanded metal with square tube frame?

Some architect prefers the big size of aluminum expanded metal, they said the appearance will be connected as a whole part and looked beautiful in this way. So they often consider welding the frame on the backside which will support the mesh.  There are many supporting frame types, such as a square tube, L frame, U channel, metal strip, and so on. Now I will introduce the installation of the aluminum expanded metal with square tube frame.

The square tube can be welded on the backside or around the aluminum expanded metal mesh. If customers prefer the effect of the complete hole, they can choose to weld on the backside and the frame will be hidden when you see it from the front.

The installation steps are:

1. Punching holes on the wall, install the supporting frame ①.

2. Fixing or welding the vertical frame② on the supporting frame.

3. Fixing the aluminum expanded metal ③ on the vertical frame.

The above installation methods are suitable for customers who have no idea about the installation. The length of supporting frames affects the distance between the mesh and wall, so customers can change this length to adjust the distance.
