Perforiertes Blech für die Weltmeisterschaft 2022 für das Lusail-Stadion

Das Lusail-Stadion (Lusail-Stadion) befindet sich in Lusail New City, etwa 15 Kilometer nördlich von Doha, der Hauptstadt Katars. Im Osten liegt es am Persischen Golf und im Westen am Khor Highway. Es ist das Hauptstadion der Fußballweltmeisterschaft 2022 in Katar.

Inspired by date palm bowls and enamel lanterns, the exterior of the Lusail Stadium is in the shape of a saddle. From a distance, the entire stadium looks like a golden bowl in the desert. The main functional space includes the competition field, players' room, reporter area, restroom, audience area, VIP area and other functional areas. This venue is a cable-net roof single building with the largest span and the largest cantilever distance among the same type of cable-net systems in the world. It is constructed by China Railway Construction International Group and can accommodate 92,400 spectators.

Ares Engineer is responsible for the perforated sheet of the Lusail stadium, we produce the panel strictly with the customers' drawings.

The total square meter of the perforated sheet is 3075 m2, round hole, 60 degree stagger. Besides, the panel shapes are various, rectangular, triangular, and trapezoidal. We use the turret punch press to perforate the hole in an accurate degree and size.
